Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes you may need to change your schedule.  We would be grateful if you could provide us with at least 24 hours notice if you wish to rearrange your appointment so we can give the slot to another patient.

If you fail to attend your dental appointment or if you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you may incur a charge.  If you fail to attend several appointments, we will assume you no longer wish to be registered at the practice and will give your place to another patient. We regret that it may be necessary to reschedule, if you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment and that there may be a charge for this.
